The questions you send to the AI chat and tools (and the topics you choose for mock tests) are recorded in a secure cloud database. These records are linked only to a random, anonymous session ID that is created in your browser. They are not linked to your name, email, or any account, and we do not store the AI's answers. Access to these records is restricted to the site administrator.
Role-play chats (for example with an AI girlfriend, friend or interviewer character) are treated as more private: their messages are not recorded at all. We record only which role was used, so we know which characters people find useful. Role-play chats are also kept out of the long-term memory described below.
We keep these records only for as long as they are needed to operate and improve the service. Because they are not tied to your identity, we may not be able to find the records that belong to you, so please avoid sharing sensitive personal information (such as passwords, ID numbers, or financial details) in your messages.
Your full conversation history, including the AI's replies, is saved only in your own browser (local storage) and is not uploaded to our database. The same applies to your theme preference, your anonymous session ID, and the memory features: the short summary of a long conversation and the important facts the AI remembers about you across chats. To generate a reply, the relevant memory is sent along with your message to the AI provider, but it is not stored on our side.
We use Google AdSense to show advertisements on this website. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited, how long visits last, and the general location (country or city) and device type of visitors. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It receives page addresses and titles only; your chat messages and tool inputs are never sent to it.
New visitors may see an offer to watch a short introduction video. The video is hosted on YouTube (Google) and is loaded, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, only if you choose to play it. Whether you have seen the offer is remembered in your browser's local storage so it is not shown again.
Our service utilizes third-party AI models (such as those provided via OpenRouter) to generate responses. When you interact with Bangla AI, your anonymized query text is sent to these providers for processing. When a question needs current information, it may also be used to search the web. We do not share your personal identification information with these providers.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
